Welcome to Gen Zes. By visiting our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Gen Zes is a print-on-demand clothing brand. Products are made to order and fulfilled through our production and shipping partners.

2. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is correct, including name, address, phone number, and product selection.

3. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed for shipping within 2–3 business days. Rush processing, where available, may be prioritized if selected before the applicable cutoff time.

4. Shipping
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier performance, and order volume. Any stated delivery estimate is only an estimate and not a guarantee.

5. Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

6. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds and replacements are only provided for defective products or errors made by us. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with proper proof such as photos or video evidence.

7. Return to Origin (RTO)
If a package is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or other delivery-related issues, the order may not be eligible for refund or free reshipment.

8. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to review product details, size charts, and shipping information before placing an order.

9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt fraud, or use the store for unlawful activity.
