Refund & Return Policy – Gen Zes

At Gen Zes, we sell made-to-order print-on-demand products. Each item is created especially for you, so our return and refund policy is limited.

Returns and Replacements
We only accept return, replacement, or refund requests in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- A wrong product was delivered
- There was a printing or production error from our side

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please share clear photos and a video of the issue as proof. Requests made after the allowed time may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Color variation due to screen differences
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
- Orders returned due to failed delivery or Return to Origin (RTO)

RTO Orders
If an order is returned because the customer was unavailable, the address was incorrect, or the package was refused, the order will not be eligible for refund or free reshipping.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval. Refunds are only issued for defective products or errors caused by us.

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has a shipping or delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
